Our Ecklonia cava is harvested at a very specific place on Jeju island in Korea. Ecklonia cava from Jeju has shown much higher levels of fucoidan (11.2%) in addition to the dieckol.

Ecklonia cava fucoidan has been shown to activate SIRT6, so ours likely does. I have been taking it in the afternoon, and sometimes a second time in the evening.
