There is lately few people sharing fear on various subforums that agmatine promote colon cancer and gave gastritis, increase h.pylori etc.
I remember back on the days claiming that agmatine reactivate herpes.
I take it for 3 years straight daily dosages 250-750mg, it depends on day.
I would say this is incredible stuff.
With cordyceps militaris my alltime fave.
This is some new study that claoms completely different that it's speculated:

I personally haven’t found a way to take Agmatine without causing severe stomach/GI discomfort. Has anyone figured out the solution for people that have this reaction to Agmatine? I loved its other effects!
(ND brand Agmatine at 250mg on a full stomach and still issues)

Have you been checked for H. pylori infection? H. pylori expresses an enzyme called agmatine deiminase (HpAgD), which catalyzes the conversion of agmatine to ammonia. It might be the conversion to ammonia that is upsetting your stomach.
