People can add that in if they want. Some people in our office get an allergic reaction to Nigella sativa, so we wanted to not force it in there. Also, we didn't really have space for more ingredients. You can always combine it. I actually like combining Relievex with Rephyll. They go really well together as well. There's also Nigella sativa in our Immune Defense, so I combine that in as well at times.
