It's honestly perfect for that. Everyone that has tried it has been VERY impressed with it! It's been years of work trying different things in different combos to find that right balance, and it has blown me away with how well it works. There is a muscle relaxing action at play that really helps things like knots and catches. That's where it excels. It doesn't seem to really help with headaches, as that is a different thing entirely. This one is perfect for muscles-based pain.
