Tongkat Ali payment declined

My card ONLY declines if I have Tongkat in my order. No matter what payment method I use. PayPal payment option also disappears if Tongkat is in the cart. So crazy to me.
Anyone else experiencing this? I was able to order Tongkat a handful of times last year but not once in 2024.

PayPal wants us to restrict Tongkat Ali on their platform, which is why it goes away when you have that in your cart. It's annoying, but PayPal sets their own rules. However, there is no rule with normal card processing by item. Not sure how or why that would be happening. Your bank doesn't seen an itemized list of products you are buying when the CC attempt is made, so it is not like they are blocking it. Can you email [email protected] with your name/email so we can look up the denial codes in the background?
