Tongkat Ali payment declined

My card ONLY declines if I have Tongkat in my order. No matter what payment method I use. PayPal payment option also disappears if Tongkat is in the cart. So crazy to me.
Anyone else experiencing this? I was able to order Tongkat a handful of times last year but not once in 2024.

For some reason I never see the PayPal option on the checkout page. Any ideas why? Also, I assume the Venmo and other payment options are no longer available? If so, it would probably be worth removing them from the section describing your available payment methods.
