Does ecdysterone/turkesterone/fadogia agrestis increase estrogen as well?

I know estrogen is also important in men, but I don't think I want to increase mine further after seeing the bloodwork results. I'm in normal range, but at the upper scale of normal. For now I just want to boost testosterone and lower SHBG and estrogen so I can have higher free testosterone. I have low SHBG so an increase in total testosterone, slight decrease in SHBG and lower estrogen is ideal.

Which supplement/supplements should I take?

Thanks for the explanation! I think I will just take Tongkat for a while to boost T and lower E2, then switch to Tongkat + Fadogia (which I’ve heard boost E2 as well), so I get a more higher T and healthy E2.

If you buy Fadogia, ask the supplier for lab testing data proving it is really Fadogia agrestis. We've found that nobody currently selling is actually testing to ensure it is real, so there is a lot of fake shit on the market. You need someone to give you HP-TLC data showing it matches the correct species. I have yet to get any brand to give that. They are just selling the Chinese shit they get, and hoping for the best.
