Does ecdysterone/turkesterone/fadogia agrestis increase estrogen as well?

I know estrogen is also important in men, but I don't think I want to increase mine further after seeing the bloodwork results. I'm in normal range, but at the upper scale of normal. For now I just want to boost testosterone and lower SHBG and estrogen so I can have higher free testosterone. I have low SHBG so an increase in total testosterone, slight decrease in SHBG and lower estrogen is ideal.

Which supplement/supplements should I take?

No, beta-ecdsyterone/20-hydroxyecdysone will not raise estrogen levels. It does bind to the ERβ receptor directly, though. However, that's a good thing for muscle mass. If you are looking to raise T and lower E2, Tongkat is the way to go.
