I'm really curious about the long-term, hormonal downregulation effects of the Testosterone and GH-boosting supplements. Are tongkat ali and cistanche safe in that regards?

I have not seen any data showing Tongkat or Cistanche lowers testosterone production over time. I have seen Tongkat lower estrogen too much, though. That's something that needs to be balanced out in a Tongkat stack.
