Tongkat ali doesn't shut down your body's natural production of testosterone like TRT does. Some people cycle it, but others use it daily. The biggest issue I see is that some people can have their estrogen drop with Tongkat use over long periods, unless they supplement to balance that effect out. That's a big part of what we are balancing out with our optimized Tongkat stack we will release this year sometime.
