Is Nootropics Depot a good brand? Are they a scam?

I was going to buy some supplements from Nootropics Depot official website but I'm not really sure if they are legit.

I was surprised to see the USDA organic seal on some of their products that definitely weren’t certified. It seems to be an old label because in subsequent purchases of the product the seal was gone. It’s a funny mistake to make for a company that seems to have good attention to detail, indicating their quality management team was perhaps asleep at the wheel for a little bit, at least when it comes to understanding and controlling for labeling claims. Could be indicative of a larger problem in QM, but personally I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one time mistake and still buy from them.

Were you the guy I was speaking to via email about that? The ingredients themselves are certified USDA Organic. We misread the regulations, and thought we could have the seal if it was a single ingredient. However, you have to be certified yourself to use the seal. However, the regulations do say that we can say that the ingredient is organic on the Supplement Facts panel. We looked into getting certified, but right now is not the right time to jump through all those hoops just for a seal. It's a big audit that looks at every single ingredient that enters the facility, even fillers, excipients, flavors, etc. We have 625 SKUs right now, and thousands of ingredients, so that audit is going to be a fun one... I'll reassess when we have the time to dedicate to it.
