Too many supplements to take at once?

I've been taking the following supplements for the past 6 weeks and feel good (high energy, decreased stress):
\- tongkat ali
\- fenugreek
\- ashwagandha
I'm planning to add the following into the mix soon, mainly to help with sperm health:
\- D-Aspartic Acid
\- shilajit resin
Because all of these supplements affect testosterone levels I'm wondering if this stack could cause any negative side-effects. I guess the best method in determining that is to simply try them and see what happens. For context I'm a 43 yr old male and am physically healthy/fit. Just wanted to check to see if anyone has any thoughts on potential interactions or general thoughts. Thanks!

It’s interesting, it’s a pity there are no studies on how this affects the balance of chemistry in the brain, since it seems to me that this could cause problems, or the brain will adapt.

Yep, there are very few multi-substance research studied out there. It's a lot of trial and error based off assumptions using the available research. If you watch our most recent podcast, you can see Joe Cohen uses weekly blood testing to assess his reactions and alter his stack. That's probably the most scientific way we have right now, but still has its limitations.
