I would order much more from ND if you included VAT to Europe. Shipping to Norway has become tedious as every package gets stopped by customs, and they charge 20-30 USD in customs fees.

I know. Everyone would. The issue is legal. I don't really talk about all that goes on publicly, but there are serious implications to changing to DDP that we have to weigh. I want to. I really do. I don't want it to be more difficult for customers to buy from us! It's the dumbest issue to have! I did all the hard shit. I built a world class lab from nothing, then staffed it with some of the best people out there. I've built a production facility holding things to standards nobody else is. I've built a fulfillment operation that rivals Amazon for speed. Then the last stupid step, just getting the package from our hands to the customer's, is where it all breaks down. It's ridiculous!
