DHL customs to Europe getting worse

For your information :
Just got asked to pay 59.50€ for customs to France for a 250€ order.
The 2 last time it was 10€.
Like many I will have to source elswhere for the most part.

No. DHL charges exorbitant processing fees beyond import VAT.

It's a brokerage fee that every private carrier charges. For DHL to France it is 14.55€, then it should be 5.5% VAT on the value of the shipment (shipping included). For Spain, DHL's brokerage fees are 14.55€, and 10% VAT.
