How often can you take Safforn?

I’ve recently started using saffron because it was recommended to me to try and help my mood. I have ptsd and deal with major depression and GAD.
I took one this morning and was happy but it wore off. I’ve been struggling again today and popped another one and feel happy again.
The bottle says I should only take one a day. Is there any limits I should know about to make sure I don’t go over? Is twice a day too often? I really like how it makes me feel and I’m able to smile again and all the thoughts of hurting myself have faded away. 🙌🏾

You can take it twice a day. We err on the low side for our recommended doses, just to be safe. Many people take our saffron twice a day, though.
