How do you think I feel?!? I've dedicated every day of the last decade of my life to becoming the best, trying to educate consumers, and advance the standards of this industry. We work so fucking hard to make sure our products are perfect every single time, and we lose out to brands that are started by Vietnamese scammers, or random assholes looking to make as much money as they can. People make fun of us saying we are Herb Depot and overpriced. Competitors start lies about me and my companies to stir distrust and cause chaos. My private information is doxxed, and people SWAT my house, just because they get upset at me for telling customers the truth about how shady these brands are! People try to hack us or DDOS our site. They report us to the FDA, FTC, and even FBI. They report us to the Reddit admins and start lies about us, trying to get us banned from Reddit. They report our ads to Google, Microsoft, and Facebook, which has caused more headaches than I can even explain. Did you know we are currently banned from Microsoft advertising? Completely banned one day without any warning, and nobody from Microsoft will return my calls or emails about it. Yet there is a scam brand advertising on there using our trademark and bottle images... Competitors buy our products on Amazon and then lie saying they went to the hospital, trying to get Amazon to pull our listings. It works sometimes, and we have to fight to get things relisted. A Vietnamese scam brand hijacked a bunch of our Amazon listings about a month ago, and was then using stolen credit cards to place orders on our site to fulfill for the Amazon orders. So they jacked our listings, lost us sales, reduced sales velocity, and then we were also out the product because of the stolen credit cards. Then when we caught it, we cancelled all the outstanding orders that had not gone out yet, which caused BAD REVIEWS of our products on Amazon... because people didn't get their order.... because it was FRAUD! Another company was using our name in their card processing MID, so we were constantly getting people calling and emailing us saying they wanted to cancel their subscription, which we had to explain was not us, but a totally different company tricking people. Some of the bad reviews about us on Trustpilot and Sitejabber are literally for different companies! Ohh, then you get the idiots making bad reviews on those sites because they claim I am an all-knowing controller of every subreddit, because their shitty brand that doesn't do testing and lies gets banned by other mods. However, they lie an say I pay and control all the other mods. The number of conspiracies started about me over the past 10 years is insane! Then you have shady lawyers starting blackmail lawsuits to extort us for money. We've had many of those over the years. Then of course all the lost sales from lying and fraud by other brands. Look on Amazon right now. All the cistanche that has popped up claiming to be the same standardization as us is fraud. We have tested it all. They have orders of magnitude less actives than they claim. However, they lie and say it is the same as ours, and set it as cheaper, so people think we are expensive... It's all just fraud, though! That's even if the competitor's product is cistanche at all, which some of them are completely fake. Yet that brand is outselling us on Amazon now, and our sales have been decimated because of it. How do I compete with this much fraud? How can I operate in a completely fraudulent industry? How can I fight literally everyone else?!? Infuriating doesn't even scratch the surface.
