Could erinamax cause fatigue or lethargy?

Hello,
I recently started taking erinamax and bought some tigers milk to try as well but am gonna wait to add it. For some background I have some autoimmune issues and my hormones are rebalancing right now as well. But I started taking erinamax for the past two days and I noticed I was really tired. I’m not sure whether to attribute it to that or something else so I’m giving some time for everything to level out and will try it again. I’ve heard lions mane can lower cortisol or affect adenosine I think, but does this form of lions mane have much of that effect? Lastly, I’ve heard lions mane takes a bit to build up, any idea how long or if it’s faster w erinamax? Thanks for your input guys

I don’t track my sleep. Do you have any recommendations for what best tracks sleep? It could have been not as restful due to stress and anxiety or something. But my autoimmune always gives me problems and makes it hard to narrow down what is causing what.
Definitely need to add in things one by one more.

I personally use the Oura ring. I like it because it is convenient, and you just leave it on and forget about it. Then I just put it on its charger when I am brushing my teeth, and that's enough charge for the day. Then I can see when things affect my sleep. Alcohol has the biggest effect, and it is consistent every single time. If I drink alcohol, my sleep quality drops significantly. I can also tell when I take something stimulating too late in the day. It's really useful as a tool to see how your stack is affecting your sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2, etc.
