So should we start stocking up on NMN?

First it was the Racetams, then it was Noopept (thank goodness I stocked up on that), now it’s NMN. It seems like we’re losing one supplement after another, the the issue is ND has been quiet about everything considering all these supplements they will no longer ever have stocked.

Alright, thanks for the heads up. I grabbed some. Curious to hear your thoughts in comparison with NADH and NR versus NMN for long term health?
I'll have to revisit my options in a few years and I'm wondering which route might be better.

Honestly, I mostly use our NADH with chlorella now. I get more stimulation with that than NMN or NR. Everyone is going to be different, though. Our NAD+ cycle is controlled by a bunch of different rate-limiting enzymes. Maybe someone's nicotinamide riboside kinase enzymes are low, so they have trouble converting NR to NMN. Maybe someone else's purine nucleoside phosphorylase has lower activity, so they make less NR from niacinamide. Maybe anther person has lower NAD+ kinase. It's going to take some testing on the individual level to really find what works best for them.
