This may be a silly question, but I’ve never taken a tablet form of anything from ND, but do swallow the Erinamax tablet whole or is it a chewable, does it even matter whether you chew or not?

You can just swallow it. It's scored, so you can break it in half if you want. This gives you the ability to dose 250mg, 500mg, 750mg, or 1,000mg easily, just by combining whole or half tablets.
