I did! I did not like the acute effects, but some customers told me they had to take it regularly for a bit to see the results, so I gave it another shot. After taking it daily for a few weeks, the effects really leveled

I take ginger as needed, like when drinking alcohol. I also drink ginger tea a lot, so I don't really need to supplement it as much.

I take our yeast extract for immune health. I almost died in India many years ago, and dealt with immune function issues for years afterwards. The only thing that was able to get me back in balance was Visbiome probiotic

I do take Mitidol, Rephyll, and tetrahydromagnolol if I have some pain I want to acutely dull. I also add in palmitoylethanolamide in, too. Those are more just as needed if I hurt myself.

10,000iu of D3 might be a bit much once you have your levels good. I think at the start to get your levels back up it is fine, but then dropping to 5,000iu for daily use is best. Is your stack working well for you so far

Quercetin, hesperidin, EGCG, epicatechin, berberine, andrographis, cistanche, cyanidin 3-glucoside, saffron, Sabroxy, CoQSol-CF, and astragaloside IV all hit AMPK. NADH is also stimulating.
