I always revisit your older posts, but the latest one I've found detailing your daily stack was all the way back in 2021. I was wondering if you could shed some light about any changes you've made, and new additions to your stack. Hope you're doing excellent.

Do you think my stack is unnecessary or if anything can replace it. Ginger, 1 grams, curcumin, 2 grams, coqsol-cf 200 mg, nac, 1 grams, triple strength fish oil, 5 grams, vitamin d3+k2, 10000 ius, pomella, 300 mg, and, taurine 4 grams. This is mainly for cholesterol/blood pressure assistance.

10,000iu of D3 might be a bit much once you have your levels good. I think at the start to get your levels back up it is fine, but then dropping to 5,000iu for daily use is best. Is your stack working well for you so far?
