I always revisit your older posts, but the latest one I've found detailing your daily stack was all the way back in 2021. I was wondering if you could shed some light about any changes you've made, and new additions to your stack. Hope you're doing excellent.

Can you explain most of these because there’s alot and, yeast extract why?

I take our yeast extract for immune health. I almost died in India many years ago, and dealt with immune function issues for years afterwards. The only thing that was able to get me back in balance was Visbiome probiotics and Epicor yeast fermentate. I decided to design our own yeast product, which is what I switched to instead of Epicor. It gives me the same immune benefits without the occasional GI issues Epicor did. Honestly, many of the products we develop are because I want them as part of my stack. Some of them we keep on solely because I like them.
