Been a year or so since I last ordered from ND and these days it feels like everything is taking longer than usual to arrive, so was just wondering what kind of delivery times people have experienced
What they were answering

Oh man, are you going to make this change for all worldwide deliveries? I understand EU is implementing these changes, but it shouldn't affect something like UK or other countries. I have had 100% dice roll success with double digit number of orders. Turning that into 0% sucess rate, would add 20% to everything. The fact that your company is DDU is what kept your company competitive in my eyes compared to LE or NOW. I appreciate that you have more rigorous lab testing, but I may not be able to justify it anymore... I do understand that it would help customers get packages faster, but once you settle on a stack, you can plan in advance and not worry about delivery times.

This is mostly concentrating on the EU, due to their changes. We will likely leave a DDU option for everyone else. We might even leave a DDU option for the EU, for the people that want to roll the dice. However, I think in a few months they are going to get pretty strict in the EU. I personally don't want to pay duties and taxes on behalf of customers, because we have to pay card processing fees on the order total, not just the item cost. This means any tax we collect will increase the total we pay card processing fees on. Then we have all the headache and overhead for us to pay the various countries, too. With the EU is extra dumb, as orders under 150 Euros we have to use a middle man service to pay. Anything over 150 Euros we pay direct. So managing that will kind of suck. Still, I think it is time we at least explore that option.
