In the last 1 - 2 months I've started taking the below supplements and just on Monday had a kidney stone.
Curious if any of these could be related to the kidney stone?
Alpha GPC
Tyrosine
Phenylalanine
Trans-Resvertatrol
NMN
Magnesium L-Threonate
Apigenin
Theanine
Whole Bulb Garlic
(I also take vitamin D, biotin, fish oil, and a multi vitamin)

What type of silica is typically used in supplements? Say someone take 20 pills a day for a duration of years, is it actually going to raise their silicone levels?

Silicon dioxide (SiO2) is not silicone. Two very different things. The max ever used is 2% of a formulation, and that is only one particularly difficult flowing things. The safe upper limit is 25mg/kg per day. For a 75kg person, that's 1.8 grams a day. If you only consumed supplements that used the max SiO2 formulation, you'd need to consume 187 capsules every day!
