In the last 1 - 2 months I've started taking the below supplements and just on Monday had a kidney stone.
Curious if any of these could be related to the kidney stone?
Alpha GPC
Tyrosine
Phenylalanine
Trans-Resvertatrol
NMN
Magnesium L-Threonate
Apigenin
Theanine
Whole Bulb Garlic
(I also take vitamin D, biotin, fish oil, and a multi vitamin)

i really really reallyyyy think there needs to be a better filler/flow agent than silica/silicone dioxide. its most likely whats causing it. go count all the silica in your supplements and add it up. its A LOT of silica. then go googling the research about silica and kidney stones. its not great man. not horrible but i got kidney pain ans stopped using stuff with silica as a guess, kidney pain went away and i feel fine now. just a suggestion. be careful, dont hurt yourself.
solution is buying powders and making your own caps. its not too hard or expensive. worth it imo.

The amount of silica used is so small. It is meaningless. Also, the alternative everyone uses to silica is rice hulls. Well those are 85-95% silica! It's silica all the way down. It's in everything, even the products that just purposely leave it off the label. Many brands just purposely leave it off the label, but it is still in there. It's meaningless in supplements. Where it might be an issue for people is in baking. Silica used to prevent caking in the flour and other ingredients is going to be orders of magnitude more ingestion in a single bread slice than all supplements combined.
