Curious to hear other people's experiences with MicroMag.It contains Magnesium Oxide which can be laxative

Oh, my bad.

I tried the normal magnesium oxide and it had to be one of the worst day of my life, had to go to toilet multiple times.

So, just to confirm the sucrosomial magnesium doesn't cause any laxative effects, right?

Yeah, it can be confusing. The point of our Micromag is to give you the high elemental magnesium concentration you get with magnesium oxide, but without the side effects like being a laxative. It also increases the bioavailability. We have a blog on it, if you are interested in reading more.
