Anecdotally ND’s kava doesn’t exactly hit the way traditional kava does. Personally I would think a full tab couldn’t hurt but starting low never hurt.

The issue is that our kava is not a heady kava. It's very much more skewed to pain/inflammation/muscle relaxation. However, many people want those heady effects. That's just going to take another strain. We actually had a long meeting yesterday at our offices with some people who are big in the kava industry, and who own their own kava farm. They know kava. We know science. They asked us if we could partner with them to help push the science of kava forward, and they could help us round out our kava offerings. To be clear, we know kava, too. There are likely very few people on the planet that know the science and history behind kava than our product specialist Emiel. However, we are not kava growers, extractors, or processors. Partnering with people that are will allow us to do what we do best, which is the science. It will also help them push what they do best, which is growing and processing kava. I think it is going to be a very cool partnership, and we should have some extremely good traditional kava offerings soon!
