If not, any difference between the capsules and Scored Tablets?

Would the none enteric tablet absorb the same as the capsule or a bit faster? I’m debating on the tablet or powder. I’m trying to get at least 800mg of NMN and I’m currently taking 1 gram of your Resveratrol with OptiNad. I gotta admit my recovery and HRV have been a lot higher consistently since adding Resveratrol.

Yes, they will dissolve and absorb like the capsules. They just give you the option to break them in half if you wanted to.

On its own, no. The energy I am feeling is more from the combo of NMN with CoQSol-CF, berberine, Longvida, and possibly zinc. 250 would be too much for me with my current stack. It likely would not on its own. The 375mg

No, I don't regularly take resveratrol. I don't really trust what is on the market, and we have not done any internal sourcing of it yet.
