Alright so I bought Lionsmane from ND last month for my mom initially because she was having brain fog. I kept asking her if she was feeling any effects for a few days but she wasn’t. Fast forward to today, and I asked her about it again and she told me that my stepdad was using it too. Ever since he started to use Lionsmane, he has been able to sleep perfectly,improved mental clarity, and he hasn’t had any panic attacks since. My mom has also been seeing effects from it but I think my stepdad has benefited the most.
