Hello just reaching out to others who've tried cistanche, what were your personal experiences? Did it raise your T level? Also has anyone had testing done?

Do you think there is anything at ND that could cause aromatase? I’m taking ksm-66, cistanche and tongkat ali. I heard that broccoli has some estrogen in it that keeps testosterone from turning into bad estrogen. Maybe just eat lots of broccoli? Lol
