Very cool! I was about to go for for powder anyway... Something change in my biology that makes me not tolerate ashwagandha(super groggy in the morning after 3 days of 300mg ksm) but I have a lot of the three patented extracts... I wanted to try pairing it with ginseng see if it helps cause I like ash...

Yeah, ashwagandha can do that to some people over time. It is usually a thyroid thing.

Are 2% tongkat and 10% the same, besides the dose?

They use the same raw material as a starting place, and both use the same solvents in the extraction. However, whenever you alter the extraction to concentrate more of one thing, you inevitably will alter the effects som

Which ashwagandha extract gives the most cost-effective results?

You can't compare them like that, as withanolides are a big grouping of compounds that are all very different from one another. 5% withanolides in one extract could feel totally different than 5% in another extract, base

Hey, Fakespot! Didn't expect that. I am going to forewarn you, this will be a long one. I am going to go into a lot of detail, and I am going to pepper sarcasm and criticism in along the way. Just be prepared (peppered?)

Tiger Milk vs. Lions Mane? Repair Brain from THC use?

Replying to smallorangepopsicle · Lol excellent. Me as well sir, but I take tongkat sporadically bc knee pain. Confuses me as far as keeping an eye on my lyme symptoms. Seems like I read it mitigates glucocorticoid

I actually took a tribulus stack we are working on today, too. So I am extra amped up! LOL The knee pain from tongkat is a drop in estrogen. This is where combining it with horny goat weed and Panax ginseng can help. D
