Interactions checker would be extremely helpful for a lot of us

An interactions checker for ND products would be awesome.

Many of us end up having big stacks; it’d be nice to know if any products didn’t play well with each other.

I know it’s a huge project. An easier step would be to maybe put a warning on the product page for products that have specific bad interactions.

Or am I just misinformed and pretty much any ND products can be taken together without serious issues?

We don't really bring out products that can't be taken together. In fact, we design Natrium stacks as if people were going to YOLO into them all at the same time. We kind of preplan for combinations and larger stacks, along with planning for the inevitable fact that people will take more than we suggest. We try to predict how people will use and combine new things we bring out, and we always err on the side of caution. That being said, everyone is different. One guy at our office cannot have any Nigella sativa. He gets an allergic reaction to it, so he avoids it. That doesn't mean Nigella sativa has a risk with most people. It's just that individual's body chemistry. The same goes for many things. If you have low blood pressure, taking two things together that lower it more might be bad. However, if you have high blood pressure it might be good. If you have naturally higher stress levels, combining multiple things that are stimulating or hit AMPK might be bad. However, that would be good for someone with lower energy and slow metabolism. Finding what works best for your unique body and brain chemistry is always going to be a process. It would sure be easier if everyone reacted the same to everything, but that's just not how it is. This is why creating a single checking tool that will be relevant to everyone just isn't possible. All these sites out there claiming to build custom stacks for you, or give custom advice tailored to you, are creating imperfect approximations based on assumptions most of the time. There is no replacement for personal experimentation. If you think about it, this is what happens with your doctor, too. If you go in and tell them you are having some issue, they usually try to approximate what drug you should try. Then they have you try it and reassess how you react. If you react differently than you expected, they try a different drug. It's directed trial and error using the available data you have. Supplements are the same. Any tool we would create would be so watered down that it would lose all specificity for the individual. We also want to be careful not to make it seem like we are trying to take the place of a physician. We want to help you find the things that might work for you, but we don't want it to come across as if we are attempting to diagnose and treat you.
