Emoxypine will sensitize GABA receptors. Apigenin will up-regulate GABA production. Taurine acts on both the GABA receptor and through hydrogen sulfide. The combo of all three should give you a nice effect similar to what you are looking for. Maybe adding in some Kava to the mix would be good, too.

Try our supercritical holy basil instead. That one has some of that muscle relaxing properties that will go well with the other three.

Yes, that combo will help. Polygala is good, but I wouldn't say for the GABA side of things. You also need to get the dose right. If you are feeling robotic, I would lower the dose or just take it every other day.
