Just wanted to say that after taking both the fat and the slim versions of NMN tablets for many months with no noticeable effect, I tried the recently released powder today and holy shit it works - noticeable energy and mental clarity boost lasting most of the day. Thank you ND for releasing the powder form for us non-responders to the enteric-coated tablets!

I though sublingual just means absorbtion through bucal mucosa doesn't have to be strictly under the tongue, in any case some yoghurt will always get there when eating

Well sublingual definitely means just under the tongue. You can do buccal as well. However, NMN won't absorb sublingually/buccally much. It's solubility does not lend itself to absorption through the mucous membranes in the mouth, and the dose is too high. Anybody using NMN sublingually/buccally is really just using it orally, as most of it will just be swallowed down the throat.
