Just wanted to say that after taking both the fat and the slim versions of NMN tablets for many months with no noticeable effect, I tried the recently released powder today and holy shit it works - noticeable energy and mental clarity boost lasting most of the day. Thank you ND for releasing the powder form for us non-responders to the enteric-coated tablets!

I think oral is best anyways for nmn, just eat it with yoghurt and sublingual absorption will give you best results
