It absorbed water from air and now looks like raw shilajit. How can I reliably weigh the dosage now?

People always mention this, but I’ve yet to have any issue whatsoever with Cordyceps powder clumping.

Are you leaving the container open or something?

It depends on where you are in the world. We are lucky here in Arizona with how dry it is. Some of our customers in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Florida, etc. are the bulk of the people reporting issues. I always look at their address when I see people reporting it in out support emails, and 9/10 times it is in these areas with high humidity.

My cordyceps congealed! Any way to rescue it? I haven’t gotten any water in it, I changed out the desiccant packets, but now it’s become a gooey lump. My Red Reishi purchased in the same order is still a powder, stored in the same conditions. What’s going on?
