Do you lose muscle when you eat enough protein but don’t work out?

Let’s say someone has an injury that prevents them from exercising. Does eating enough protein prevent muscle loss or does it just slow it down?

Interesting. I kept getting mixed results when trying to see if ALCAR was any good for muscle/test, with the conclusion I came up with being ALCAR being best for mental benefits and LCLT being best for muscle synthesis+androgen receptor increases.

I currently use a capsule blend of both types for both benefits because they seemed too good to pass up but I'm too lazy to take 2 separate pills

Berberine would be another good one to add in.

They actually studied LCLT in elderly women, and found no substantial changes to muscle mass.
