Replying to TurquoiseGroundhog · Do as much walking as you can - it makes a big difference at reducing muscle loss compared with being completely inactive. Stand rather than sit when you can. You'll probably still

ALCAR, epicatechin, and D3/K2 would be my suggestion. L-carnosine paired with reduced glutathione might be a good idea, too.
