I notice a more calming mood boost from the 10%. It's much more mental for me. The 50% is more targeted at bloodflow. It still has some mental effects, but I don't get the calming part that I do from the 10%.

Yeah, you could probably swap ginkgo for the 10% icariin. I get a more balanced calming effect from the 10% icariin. The ginkgo can get a bit overstimulating at times.

They hit different systems, so yes. The two I would always suggest combining are Tongkat and Cistanche, as they both compliment each other very nicely. I am taking both, along with our 10% icariin HGW with great effects.

Yes, but the maca quality on the market is DOG SHIT. Most of the stuff we test is very high in heavy metals, and there is almost no macamides when we assay. We have been working for years on our maca, but it is not easy.

That's a good one to start with. You could add in Cistanche as well. That pairs really well with Tongkat.
