Honestly replying to me in just a few hours when you're the owner of a company that sells all over the world, it's a great thing. I'm actually amazed.

Which AI/target prediction tools are you using? Do any of the tools estimate toxicological data? How much computational resources do you need for that?
And what sort of targets are you exploring and have had promising results with (hopefully that's not too specific of a question)?

I don't want to get into too many specifics, as that could lead people down the same paths I have and connect some of the dots I have. I will say that I mainly focus on some of the more novel targets that other nootropics are hitting. Think CNTF, metabotropic glutamate receptors, sirtuins, cAMP, etc.
This paper discusses some of the computational tools: https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fchem.2019.00782/full
ChemAxon is a good tool to start with. Toxicology prediction is a bit more difficult, though. That's more educated guessing and slowly increasing doses to see how one responds. However, trying novel things will always be risky.
