I'm glad you always remain hopeful, in the highly unlikely event this happened again would you stop using them as your coating partner?, do you think they would be motivated to QA their production ingredients so they don't lose out again because when lawyers typically get involved things can get even more expensive and very time consuming for both parties involved I'm not sure how much insurance would cover because as you say depends on the policy

Absolutely. We will give people the chance to fix things. However, if they prove to us they can't, or they show a pattern of issues, we have to move on from them. I am very pragmatic. I know more than anyone how we all lose if lawyers get involved. I've been involved in a lot of costly legal shit now, so I absolutely want to fix things on the business end before moving to the legal end. I just also know that sometimes the owners of other companies are not pragmatic, and they dig their heels in out of misguided emotion. The world would be a much simpler place if everyone removed emotion from business dealings, but I find that to be the exception, not the rule.
