Obviously we are losing out every day things are out of stock. The loss on the raw material and production cost itself depends on the situation. This one is clearly a contamination from their side, so they should reimburse us for the costs. They might file a claim with their insurance for it. That would depend on their policy. Sometimes partners try to fight with us, though. Then we have to get lawyers involved. I am hoping it won't come to that in this specific situation.
