My thoughts - ND Kava extract

Prior experience: I've drank a lot of Kava in the last 10 years. It's a wonderful substance for reducing stress, improving studying abilities when combined with caffeine, and staying calm and fluid in social situations. Brewing it is a pain in the ass and some people would be put off by the taste.
ND Kava experience: It takes 2 tablets for me to get mild Kava effects (roughly the same as a small prepared-kava beverage). This is an improvement as most Kava extracts are useless. If you want to keep it stocked for when you want convenient Kava, then this product can be great. If you're wanting stronger or more frequent Kava dosage, I'd stick with the traditional stuff.

I love how Kava makes me feel, however, I can count the foods I dislike on one hand, but I cannot stomach the taste of Kava. The ND Kava tablets do nothing for me. I've even taken as many as 5 at once. I guess I'm shit out of luck.

What strains/products have worked for you? We are working on different strains/cultivars/chemotypes, as it seems some people react to one but not another.
