How long do capsules stay good for?

So for example I encapsulate some of my black seed oil powder into capsules. How long would those capsules stay stable and good for under normal conditions? Day? Weeks? Months? Thanks for your help!

Thanks! Would I need to store them with moisture absorbing packs? Or would It not make that much of a difference?

Not really for black seed oil. For alpha-GPC, cordyceps 10:1, lion's mane 8:1, etc. yes. Those are more prone to clumping with moisture. It's only some things that have that issue, though.
