NMN Powder

Any plans from the team in producing a NMN powder?
I put many of my clients on various anti-aging protocols which usually includes NMN but I’d prefer giving them a powder as we need to hit around 1-2g daily based on the recent scientific evidence for doubling NAD+ levels.
I use your brand for every single of my clients/patients so I’d love if I could find everything I need for them with you guys obviously.
I’d also be curious to hear if you guys are planning to produce a resveratrol powder or capsules?
Keep up the great work! Huge respect and gratitude.

Do you think that sublingual ROA for powder would be more effective than oral? If so, how would it compare to the enteric coated capsule?

That depends on the specific compound and dose. For NMN, absolutely not. The dose is too high, and the solubilities and chemical kinetics don't lend themselves to efficient sublingual absorption. The people in this industry making sublingual NMN are using it as a buzzword to trick people, just like the liposomal shit. You can really only absorb 5mg max sublingually, and that is for molecules that lend themselves to efficient absorption. Let's get into the data on it.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/labs/pmc/articles/PMC3513449/
Take a look at the data in that study. It will surprise many people. Table 2 is especially eye-opening.
Look how long it takes to reach Tmax via sublingual for compounds that lend themselves to that type of absorption. Clonazepam, which many people use sublingually, takes 50 minutes! Lorazepam takes 110 minutes! These are sub milligram doses, too. Look at nicotine, which many people use in gum form and lozenges. 20 minutes... So even the compounds that lend themselves to efficient sublingual dosing, and are under the 5mg dose range, still take much longer to absorb sublingually than I think most people realize. I personally had no idea Xanax took 110 minutes sublingually. I've used it myself sublingually, and I thought for sure it worked faster. It was probably just a psychosomatic reaction because I knew the effects were coming, so I manifested the effects quicker. It actually takes a while to absorb it sublingually; much longer than my mental state starts changing after putting it in my mouth. Pretty interesting to see the data.
So where does that leave us with NMN? Well the NMN molecule itself is not very orally bioavailable via passive kinetics. It's too polar. It will not efficiently absorb through passive mechanisms through the mucous membranes in either the mouth or GI tract. That would normally mean it is not orally bioavailable, too. However, it does have an active transporter, Slc12a8, that efficiently transports it into the body. That transporter is located in the small intestine, particularly the jejunum and ileum. That transporter is not in the mouth. So we already know that NMN won't passively absorb through the mucous membranes because of its polarity, so even if the active dose was in the 5mg range it wouldn't really work sublingually. We also know that it relies on its active transporter Slc12a8 in the small intestine to absorb. We know that transporter is located in the jejunum and ileum, not the mouth or under the tongue. So why on Earth would anyone create a sublingual tablet for NMN?!? Either they are not scientifically literate enough to understand the pharmacokinetics of the things they sell, or they are doing it simply to capitalize on hype; or both, I guess... There is a LOT of misinformation out there on NMN, NR, NAD+, etc. It's coming from both side of the vendors selling NMN and NR.
So yeah, long answer short: no, NMN should not be used sublingually. You want to get it to the small intestine efficiently for it to absorb through the Slc12a8 transporters.
