Is there a reason why a vendor would not share a CoA? Gorilla Mode

I bought some Gorilla Mind Smooth nootropic from Gorilla Mind (gorillamind.com/)
i noticed nothing after taking dosage. I opened up a capsule and tasted like brick/chalk. I question their ingredients so I asked for a CoA and they said they do them but cant share. Why might a vendor hide their CoA?
I tried their pre-workout and thought it was solid.

yeah, seems no mal-intent, and seems like a great guy, i just suspect the supply chain or one of the ingrediants isnt pure as expected; They are giving me a refund.
anyone know if the u/MisterYouAReSoDumb does the free spectrometry testing?

Anyone refusing to give a COA or discuss their testing procedures is doing that because they are not properly testing their products. That's especially true for preworkout companies, as those are usually complex matrices that cost a lot more to develop proper methods for. Almost nobody in the industry is doing proper testing on those things, so there is no incentive for companies to spend the money to. It doesn't seem to matter, though. Everyone keeps taking all these products without any lab data showing they are pure or what they claim to be, so companies will keep selling them without doing the proper QA/QC ahead of time.
