Can anyone give me there comparisons of NAC vs Reduced Glutathione? I know some people say it has all the same benefits with less side effects. Does anyone agree with that statement?

NAC raises glutathione levels quicker, but does have other effects that some people might not want. Reduced glutathione won't get serum levels as high with a single dose, but will reach steady state plasma levels after a couple weeks of steady dosing. I personally no longer use NAC. I take reduced glutathione 3X per day every day, and that keeps my levels steady. Now I can go out drinking without preloading with NAC, and I almost feel better with it. My glutathinone levels are always high, and they stay steady, so my body can react better to oxidative stress from whatever is thrown my way. A good middle ground would be to take NAC and reduced glutathione together for a couple weeks to quickly raise levels, then drop the NAC and continue on with daily reduced glutathione. Our next podcast is going to be about glutathinone and NAC, so we are going to go really deep into the science on it.
