Ohhhhh! Thanks so much for checking into this and it is rather curious you got the same white foam.

At first I thought it might have been from sodium ascorbate I was adding to neutralize the chlorine, but tried without and same thing.

I’m guessing it is rather benign, though

My pleasure! Definitely not from the sodium ascorbate, as I am getting a similar foaminess with my well water I have up here at my cabin. That's from a 1,600 foot deep well, and I did a full water analysis on it when I bought the place. No chlorine or really any dissolved solids. It's extremely pure water, and then I also run it through an RO system, and I am still getting the white foam. It is something to do with the Primavie itself in water.
