Shilajit forming a strange white film when mixed with tap water?

What they were answering

Thanks for the info and makes sense, but the actual bottle has incorrect info on it. It says no fillers, but upon mixing with water, there are definitely fillers.

Don’t you have to label the bottle with those other ingredients if it has them?

I confirmed with the team that we did not add any fillers or excipients to that lot of Primavie capsules. So we did not add anything to the capsules other than Primavie, which is why nothing is listed on there. However, Natreon has informed us that they do use maltodextrin and silicon dioxide in their process of making Primavie. That is probably not what you are seeing in the water, though. Maltodextrin is highly water soluble. Primavie shilajit is a complex mixture of things. I tried it out myself, and got the same white foamy layer. I'd have to speak to the scientific team at Natreon to get an idea of what is causing that reaction in water.
