The subreddit itself is proof nootropics work

This just came across my mind, but this is the only Subreddit that I've ever came across (besides maybe r/Nootropics) that isn't toxic at all, no arguments, no mean people, no internet intellectuals, and at the same time everyone here is always kind, receptive, clear-headed, and open-minded. Considering this is reddit, that's damn near impossible. So clearly, the people of this subreddit are, to say, "getting high on Nootropic Depot's supply"😊, I mean shoot, the suburb is leaps and bounds more peaceful than even r/Meditation

That hasn’t been the case in my experience. It’s been so toxic whenever I state the facts (right or wrong), link the studies, or point to the previous comments by u/MisterYouAreSoDumb (of early ND or pre-ND eras) that now I no longer actively participate in here except occasionally leaving my two cents here or there (and still get flamed, eg. for simply citing older resources from conservative doctors instead of the cutthroat research. I had received instructions from my own PCP regarding the issue, but there were smartasseries about my simply saying it seems too much so ask doc about blood test first).

If you see people being rude or not participating in cordial discourse, please let me know. You can also use the report function so we can take a look. I don't want to discourage involvement by those that have useful additions to discussions. I think everyone can be kind to each other, even if they disagree on a certain subject.
